IT Support Plymouth – South West Hub for Cloud, VOIP & Hospitality Technology

‍Our Plymouth office is a major part of our South West operations, supporting businesses across Devon, Cornwall, and beyond with reliable, secure, and scalable IT and communications solutions.

We’ve built a strong presence in the region through a series of strategic acquisitions. In 2022, we acquired Mazingtree, a trusted local IT Support provider. Then in 2025, we welcomed Microshade, a specialist in Cloud Desktop Hosting built specifically for parish councils. These additions have strengthened our capabilities and brought valuable expertise into our team.

We also acquired Orbiss, a hospitality-focused provider of Comms, WiFi, Networking, and Hotel TV solutions. Originally based in Truro, the Orbiss team has now joined us at our South West office in Plymouth, where they continue to support hotels across the UK. This acquisition also marked the beginning of our partnership with Philips TV, enhancing our offering for the hospitality sector.

From our Plymouth base, we deliver a full range of services including IT Support, Cyber Security, VOIP Hosted Phones, Cloud Solutions, and specialist hospitality technology. Our local team works closely with our Head Office in Bridgend and other regional offices to ensure consistent service and technical expertise across the UK.
