I recently contacted Flotek regarding an unexpected issue with my LEAP software. What initially seemed like a straightforward fix turned out to be much more complex. I spoke with Jason, who was very helpful, friendly, and professional. His communication throughout the process was fantastic, and he resolved the issue efficiently.

Had to contact Flotek as experiencing difficulty printing a particular email. James Barnes displayed great patience &understanding, trying to find several resolutions in the end it was determined that the main problem was it had a screenshot within it. When copied into a word document it printed fine. The service was, as it always is when I make contact, excellent.
