What exactly is Flo Verified Mail?
Flotek's fully managed service that proves your email is really from you. We put the right settings on your domain (the technical names are DMARC, SPF and DKIM), read the daily reports from Gmail, Outlook and Yahoo, approve every genuine system that sends as you, and block the fakes. You see the status of every domain in your Flotek portal.
Why does our email keep going to spam?
Since 2024, Gmail, Yahoo and Outlook have required businesses to prove their email is really theirs. If your domain doesn't carry that proof, they treat your email as suspicious: spam folder, or rejected outright. Nobody tells you it happened. Run the free scan to see where you stand.
Will we lose any genuine email when it's switched on?
No. We start by watching only, then filter a small slice of your email to spam, then widen it once everything genuine is passing. Blocking only starts once every system you send from is confirmed. About 45 days from start to full protection.
What do we have to do?

Do we need to move our domain to Flotek?
No. We put the settings in place wherever your domain is registered. If you'd rather have domains, DNS and mail security in one place, we can migrate your domain hosting to us as well.
