We are aware of a critical issue preventing partners from scanning documents into their printers and sending them to their email. This is a top priority for our team and we are working to resolve this issue.
We are continuing to investigate the issues affecting Scan to Email functionality and are working to identify the root cause. Further updates will be provided as soon as more information becomes available.
We are continuing to work with our supplier to resolve the Scan to Email issue. Investigations remain ongoing, and we will provide further updates as soon as additional information becomes available.
