Meet the Purple Army: Five New Starters Join Flotek

The Purple Army keeps growing! We're delighted to welcome five new faces to the Flotek family, joining teams across communications, helpdesk, service excellence, projects and billing. Get to know them below.

Pierluigi Bonagura — Comms Projects Co-ordinator

Pierluigi joins our Communications team as Comms Projects Co-ordinator, bringing an engineering mindset to everything he does. With a BEng in Automotive Engineering and a background in Engineering Project Management, he's lived in the UK for around 10 years and describes himself as a positive person who likes to think smart and is always improving his skills.

Away from work, Pierluigi is football mad — both playing and watching — and one day he'd love to fly a plane.

Jarad Ducroq — Helpdesk Specialist Engineer

Jarad joins our IT team as a Helpdesk Specialist Engineer with over 12 years of IT experience across 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support, along with previous SC clearance and CCNA certification.

Outside of work, Jarad enjoys Warhammer 40k, gaming, music and movies, plus target shooting and Dungeons & Dragons. He has an eight-year-old son and a cat at home.

Freddie Webb — Service Excellence Manager

Freddie joins as our Service Excellence Manager, bringing more than 10 years of experience leading service delivery and support operations across technology and SaaS environments. His background spans service desk leadership, project and service transitions, major incident management and customer service leadership — and he's passionate about using automation and AI to improve service delivery. In previous roles he drove service performance to 98% customer satisfaction and 95% SLA compliance.

Away from the office, Freddie plays tennis several times a week at Bridgend Tennis Club, has been snowboarding every year for over 20 years, plays guitar and piano, and loves a physical challenge — Spartan Race, Tough Mudder and the Three Peaks among them. He also has a dog called Maggie, aka Large Marge.

Sean Edgeworth — Project Admin

Sean joins our Projects team as Project Admin. Goal-oriented, a great team player and a strong communicator, Sean strives for high accuracy in everything he does and loves to learn as much as he loves to mentor, teach and train.

Family-oriented with a young child, Sean holds an Open Water scuba diving qualification, can juggle, and loves the outdoors — he's climbed Snowdon and has Scafell Pike and Ben Nevis in his sights next.

Tabitha Miller — Billing Support

Tabitha joins our Billing team, bringing more than 20 years of experience across customer service, administration and banking.

Outside of work, Tabitha loves being in the outdoors with a real passion for nature and wildlife. She's also a keen gig-goer, and most weekends you'll find her and her husband out and about in their campervan.
