Flotek named number one in the Oxygen Fast-Growth 50

Flotek reaches the top spot for IT's fastest growing businesses in 2026.

Compiled by IT Channel Oxygen, the list identifies the 50 fastest-growing IT providers in the UK using Companies House headcount data across the last four sets of annual accounts. From a wider market of more than 11,000 firms, Oxygen assessed 686 channel partners with more than ten employees. Flotek came out on top.

It is a significant milestone for a business that launched in January 2022 and has grown quickly through a combination of acquisition and strong organic momentum. Most recently, that growth included the acquisition of FlexiNet.

That is what sits behind this result.

Flotek's growth has come from building a clear, focused model around managed IT, cyber security and communications, then delivering it in a way that is practical, joined-up and easy for partners to buy into.

As Jay recently told Oxygen, Flotek is continuing to win new partners every month in a market where many providers are finding growth harder to come by. Organic growth reached 43 per cent last year, while the business continues to invest in the people, structure and services needed to support long-term scale.

That matters for partners too. Fast, sustainable growth gives Flotek more room to invest in the people, leadership and product development that sit behind the service. That includes expanding specialist capability, continuing to strengthen cyber expertise and bringing new solutions to market, including Flotek's own dark web scanning product that's coming soon.

That long-term thinking is already shaping what comes next. One area Flotek sees as a major opportunity is sovereign cloud, backed by continued investment in its leadership and infrastructure capability, including the appointment of a new Head of Cloud Infrastructure.

Being named number one in the Oxygen Fast-Growth 50 is not just a good headline. It is independent, data-backed recognition that Flotek is building real momentum across the UK tech sector, with a model designed for long-term value rather than short-term noise.
