Flotek Group has been named Employer of the Year at the Vale and Bridgend Business Awards 2026, announced at a black-tie ceremony on Friday 6 November.

The award recognises businesses that invest in their people and build a workplace where they can do their best work. For Flotek, that has meant building a culture that keeps pace with the growth of the group.
