Flotek achieves ISO 9001 certification

We’re proud to announce that Flotek Group has achieved ISO 9001 certification, an internationally recognised standard for quality management.

It’s an important milestone for us, but more importantly, it gives our partners further confidence in the way we work.

ISO 9001 focuses on how an organisation consistently delivers its products and services, manages its processes, listens to customers and continually looks for ways to improve.

For Flotek, that means putting a recognised framework around something we care deeply about already: delivering a consistently great experience for every partner as we continue to grow.

What does ISO 9001 mean for our partners?

Technology businesses can grow quickly. The challenge is making sure the quality of service, processes and experience grows with them. ISO 9001 gives our partners additional assurance that the systems behind Flotek are properly defined, measured and continually reviewed.

It means having clear processes and responsibilities across the business. It means learning from feedback and using it to improve. It means identifying where things can work better rather than accepting “that’s how we’ve always done it”.

Ultimately, it helps us deliver the consistency our partners should expect from the team looking after their Managed IT, Cyber Security and Communications.

A real team effort

Certification doesn’t happen because somebody fills in a few forms and puts a badge on the website.

It requires teams across the business to examine how they work, document processes properly, demonstrate them in practice and challenge themselves on where improvements can be made.

Achieving ISO 9001 has therefore involved a huge amount of work behind the scenes, and we want to say a massive thank you to everyone across Flotek who contributed.

The diligence, patience and attention to detail throughout the process have been exceptional, and the certification belongs to the whole team.

Quality that keeps moving forward

ISO 9001 isn’t a finish line.

It gives us a framework for continuing to improve the way Flotek works as our business, services and partner community grow.

And because our certification has been awarded through BSI, we can now carry the recognised BSI Mark of Trust for ISO 9001 certification across our communications, providing another visible sign that Flotek’s quality management systems have been independently assessed.

For us, that’s the real value of achieving ISO 9001: not simply being able to say we meet a recognised standard, but using that standard to keep making Flotek better for our partners.
