A proven operator joins a growing team
Flotek Group is pleased to welcome Fred Parker as Operations Director, a key appointment that strengthens the Group's operational leadership as it continues to grow.
Fred joins with a strong track record of building and leading large teams, improving performance at scale, and delivering measurable results across complex, fast-moving environments. His background spans operational management, process improvement, and people leadership, with particular experience in driving underperforming functions to high-performing ones.
He holds a first-class degree in Business Management and a range of qualifications in project management, leadership, and continuous improvement, including PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, and a CMI Level 7 in Leadership Coaching and Mentoring.
