Flotek announces partnership with Breach Monitor to bring affordable dark web monitoring to SMEs

With 24 billion credentials already exposed online and 15 million more added every day, Flotek is giving partners the tools to stay ahead of the threat.

Flotek has partnered with Breach Monitor to bring professional-grade dark web monitoring to businesses of all sizes, making a capability that was once out of reach for many smaller organisations genuinely accessible and affordable.

The partnership is live now, with a free scan worth £39 available to all existing Flotek partners via the portal until 30 June 2026.

The scale of the problem is bigger than most realise

There are currently over 24 billion credentials circulating on the dark web, and that number grows by around 15 million every single day. Email addresses, passwords, business domains and IP addresses are being leaked, traded and tested constantly, often long before the businesses they belong to have any idea.

Breach Monitor tracks over 3,400+ dark web forums and delivers alerts on scan findings in under an hour. That kind of speed matters. The sooner a business knows its data has been exposed, the sooner it can act.

Built for the way businesses actually work

One of the most practical aspects of this partnership is the flexibility it gives partners. Monitoring can be set up on a daily, weekly or monthly basis depending on the level of visibility a business needs and the budget available to support it.

Businesses with multiple websites or group structures can register multiple assets and manage everything in one place, so there is no need to run separate scans or juggle multiple accounts. It is all handled through the Flotek portal, where one-off scans and ongoing monitoring subscriptions can both be set up and managed without any manual involvement.

Three-way alerting that closes the loop

When a breach is detected, the response needs to be fast and coordinated. Under this partnership, alerts do not sit in a single inbox waiting to be noticed. The affected user is notified directly. The internal IT team is informed at the same time. And Flotek's own helpdesk is alerted too, so our team can follow up with the user directly, make sure they understand what has been found, and help them take the right action quickly.

That joined-up response is what turns a notification into something that actually protects the business.

"We have always advised our partners to carry out dark web scans on their business, but for some the cost of doing that properly was a genuine barrier. This partnership removes that barrier. With monthly monitoring now available at a price that works for SMEs, there really is no excuse not to know what is out there. It is one of the simplest and most practical steps a business can take to protect itself, and we are proud to be making it accessible through the portal."
