Flotek partners with Check Point for enterprise-grade email security
Flotek partners with Check Point to launch enterprise-grade email security for small to medium enterprises.
Email remains the most common starting point for cyber-attacks — and the threat is accelerating.
It’s no longer a case of someone manually crafting a dodgy message and sending it to a handful of people. With Ai, attackers can generate and send tens of thousands of convincing phishing emails at scale, and they only need one person to click for it to cause real damage.
That damage can be significant: downtime, lost productivity, financial loss, fines, and reputational impact, all from a message that looked like normal business as usual.
That’s why Flotek is partnering with Check Point to offer best-in-class, preventative email security for organisations using Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, bringing the level of protection typically reserved for large enterprises into the SME space.
The new offering: what it covers
This new product partnership introduces a dedicated layer of protection designed to prevent the threats that most commonly reach users via email, including:
– Phishing and credential theft
– Business email compromise (BEC) and impersonation attempts
– Malicious links and attachments
– Internal email threats and compromised accounts
It’s built to strengthen defences at the point attacks most often begin: your organisation’s communication
Why we chose Check Point
Most organisations already have baseline security bundled in with devices or productivity suites. That’s a good start, but those tools are designed primarily to help people work, not to provide specialist cyber defence.
Check Point is a cybersecurity specialist with decades of experience and deep threat intelligence informing its approach. The result is a security layer focused on prevention, stopping threats before they reach users, rather than dealing with the consequences afterwards
Why email attacks are getting harder to stop
The biggest change is speed and scale.
Ai is helping threat actors create more convincing phishing attempts, faster, and send them to far more people than ever before. In cybersecurity, defenders are often reacting to what attackers do next, but with stronger intelligence and smarter prevention, you can reduce the likelihood of one email becoming a serious incident.
Optional add-on: phishing simulations and security training
Technology is only half the story, as the other half is helping people spot the threats that look ‘normal’.
As an optional add-on, Flotek can enrol users into regular phishing simulations. These are safe, simulated email threat tests that help measure real-world risk. If someone does click, they can be automatically enrolled into bite-sized security training to close the gap.
Alongside this, users receive ongoing monthly security awareness training to help reinforce good habits and reduce the chance of a costly mistake.
Independent recognition
Independent analyst recognition matters in the real world, especially for organisations that use third-party evaluation as part of procurement.
Gartner’s Magic Quadrant is one of the most recognised benchmarks, with its familiar ‘top-right’ Leaders box (often called the ‘golden square’). Check Point has been recognised as a Leader in the 2025 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Email Security, reinforcing that this is externally assessed capability.
Gartner’s guidance is also refreshingly practical: ‘Prioritise core email protection capabilities when selecting vendors to strengthen defences against Business Email Compromise (BEC), impersonation and internal email threats.’
That’s exactly the lens Flotek is taking with this partnership: strengthening the fundamentals that help stop real-world email attacks.
“We are super excited about bringing Check Point's Security offering to Flotek's partners. Flotek's style of working, to use technology to positively impact their partners, resonates with us – our email security platform not only secures inboxes, but keeps them productive. We are looking forward to growing with Flotek and bringing their partners the security they deserve.”
Ben Abbott, Sales Manager, MSP Email Security – EMEA, Check Point Software Technologies
“Email is still the easiest way for attackers to reach your people, and the messages are getting more convincing by the day. Our partnership with Check Point means Flotek partners can add a stronger layer of protection around Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. It stops phishing and impersonation attempts before they disrupt the business, with clear reporting that shows the value it’s delivering.”

What happens next
If you’d like to explore this new email security offering, we’ll walk through:
• Your current environment (Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace)
• The risks you’re most exposed to (phishing, impersonation, invoice fraud)
• What implementation looks like, and how the service will be managed
• Whether phishing simulations and training are right for your teams
