That’s why, from 1 January, we’re rolling out Advanced Software Management (ASM) to all Flo360+ partners. It’s a major upgrade to our Active Protect package, designed to catch the missing pieces in your software security.

Why ASM matters

We already use a Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) service to fix operating systems and well-known third-party apps automatically. But audits – like those for Cyber Essentials Plus – regularly reveal vulnerabilities in lesser-used or rarely-updated software. This often happens because updates depend on a user opening the app, so if no one clicks ‘Update’ then nothing happens.

What ASM does

ASM automatically patches an additional 397+ third-party applications, from those PDF tools to niche utilities, and everything in between. Updates happen silently in the background. No pop-ups. No admin overhead. Just peace of mind.
