You’ve told us that you’re juggling a lot, so anything that saves you time, simplifies your day, and keeps things clear is a bonus.

We listened intently, and that’s why we’ve launched the Flotek Partner Portal, as one secure place where you can manage the practical stuff: tickets, updates, billing, e-learning, knowledgebase, forms, and resources.

Leaving you to get on more smoothly with your day.

What it is

The Partner Portal is your central hub for working with Flotek.

Instead of information living across emails, calls and scattered links, the portal brings it together in one place so you can:

• Raise requests clearly

• Easily track progress

• Quickly find answers with Knowledgebase

• Access e-learning and resources when it suits you

And because it’s in a secure portal environment, it also helps us keep admin actions and requests in the right hands.

What you can do today

Here are the quickest ways you will get value immediately:

– Log a ticket quickly (with all detail in one place)

Raise a ticket with the context our team needs upfront, which reduces follow-up questions and helps us get moving faster.

– Track progress without getting on the phone (unless you want to)

Once a ticket is allocated, you can see progress and keep on top of updates without needing to call or chase.

– Access e-learning

The portal includes 850+ ready-to-go learning videos, including all Microsoft apps, like Copilot. Handy when onboarding new starters, getting quick refreshers, or upskilling in bite-sized chunks.

– Find quick answers in the knowledgebase and resources

Need an answer now? The knowledgebase and resource areas helps you solve common queries quickly, whether it’s a how-to, a process, or a practical guide.

– The Form Centre has moved

We’ve also moved our key forms into the portal, including:

• Onboarding and offboarding team members

• New user requests

• Partner Portal access and change requests

The forms themselves are the same ones you’re used to but keeping them in the portal means they’re easier to find and better protected, so only authorised users can submit them.

Create your own policies

One of the most common things we heard from partners was related to policy creation. With the Partner Portal, it’s now super easy to access policy drafts that you can customise for your organisation. Things like HR, social media, GDPR, and other everyday policies that teams often need can be accessed simply, with a user-friendly way to get them signed too.

Built for Partners, improved with Partners

The Partner Portal hasn’t been built in isolation. We’ve tested it with Partners and we’re continuing to build it with you.

Inside the portal you’ll soon find a simple way to suggest improvements, and we’ll share regular ‘You said/We did’ updates so you can see what’s changed, what’s next, and what we’re doing as a result of Partner feedback.

Getting started (log in and access)

– To log in, go to: https://portal.flotek.io

– Then click Microsoft or Google to quickly sign in.

If you have any difficulty logging in, email: helpdesk@flotek.io and the team will get you sorted.

If you’re not sure who in your team should have access to areas like billing or forms, tell us who your admins should be, and we’ll help you set it up properly.

The Partner Portal is live right now. And if you spot anything that would make it even better, soon you’ll be able to use a ‘suggestion box’ option inside the portal to let us know. That feedback loop is a core part of how this will keep getting better.
