Flotek partners with Telnyx to power a new generation of Flotek-built communications and Voice Ai solutions.

What’s launching, and when

Q1 26: messaging and document communications, via the soon-to-launch Partner Portal. We’ll be rolling out:

• SMS for business messaging.

• WhatsApp for richer customer conversations.

• Fax, because some sectors still require it.

Q2 26: Voice Ai Agents

This is the big one. Flotek Voice Ai Agents will be designed to plug into real operational workflows, such as:

• Restaurant booking and reservation handling.

• Dental and medical appointment booking and confirmations.

• Answering common questions using knowledge bases.

• Pulling approved information from websites of choice.

• Handling quick-win calls 24/7, and handing over to a person when needed.

The goal is simple: remove repetitive inbound work, capture the easy wins, and free up teams for the calls that actually need a human.
