Smarter Announcements in The Hub
Your customers can now:
- See who viewed an announcement
- Place announcements in multiple categories
- Create announcements in multiple categories with a full layout via the Announcement API

- Keeps employees engaged by tracking what resonates
- Helps identify which information is most valuable
- Drives adoption of announcements
- Automates publishing with flexible options

More Control with Permissions
Departments can now manage their own spaces, including:
- Renaming and reordering tile groups
- Controlling group visibility
Why it matters:
- Gives precise control over individual spaces
- Moves away from the “all-or-nothing” permissions model

Recently Opened Items at Your Fingertips
A new section in Global Search now shows your last three opened items.
Why it matters:
- Faster access to frequently used content
- Improves user efficiency by cutting search time

Create Content Directly with the Webcontent App
The Webcontent app now includes a built-in text editor.
Why it matters:
- Add text blocks without external tools
- Greater flexibility when designing spaces and layouts
Small but Impactful Tweaks
Sometimes it’s the little details that make the biggest difference. We’ve added:
- Community names now shown in activities and notifications
- Subtext added to Notification settings cards
- Clearer breadcrumbs and improved dialogue titles for Hub items
Behind the Scenes: Additions, Fixes & Improvements
Additions
- Space ownership: Owners can now reorder groups, adjust visibility, and edit or delete shared spaces.
- Webcontent editor: Add formatted text, links, tables, and preview content before publishing.
- AFAS authentication: Now available in the integration builder.
- Recently opened items: Stored locally, with options to clear individually or all at once.
- New branding set permissions: Group-level controls for creating, editing, and deleting branding sets.
- Announcement API v4: Supports multiple categories and full layouts.
Fixes
- Alphabetical sorting restored for author filters in advanced search
- Broken images fixed in templates for knowledge base and events
- Cleaner community member lists (no stray separators)
- Reduced requests when spotlighting Hub items
- Hybrid Hub events no longer add empty locations
- Email composer navigation improved with arrow keys
- Permissions fixed for calendar “Delete” button visibility
- To-Do live tile titles display correctly
- Email app no longer opens blank when mailbox unavailable
- Corrected announcement category dialogue titles

- Notification cards now feature descriptive subtext

- Viewers of Hub items now visible via the eye icon
