Our Cardiff office plays a key role in our wider operations across South Wales. In 2023, we expanded into the city through the acquisitions of  Ikona IT and Toolk1t—both well-established providers of  IT Support and Hosted VOIP services throughout Cardiff and beyond.

These acquisitions brought experienced teams and a loyal customer base into our business. We’ve continued to support those clients while also welcoming new ones, offering a full range of services including IT Support in Cardiff, Cyber Security, VOIP Hosted Phones, and Cloud Solutions.

We have a strong focus on supporting businesses in the legal, hospitality, and estate agency sectors—industries where reliable technology and communication are critical. However, our expertise extends across a wide range of sectors, and we work with organisations of all sizes and types throughout Cardiff and South Wales.

We’re also proud to be the lead partner in delivering a major infrastructure project in the city. In collaboration with the Elevate Team, we’re currently working on a city-wide fibre rollout, backed by a £7 million investment from Cardiff Council. This project is transforming digital connectivity across Cardiff, and our local team is at the heart of its delivery—planning, coordinating, and implementing the fibre network alongside Elevate.
