What's New In Flo:One | February Edition

Flotek is excited to share the latest updates for Flo:One, our advanced call management platform. These new features are designed to make managing communications more efficient and give you even more control over your business calls.

1. New Time-Based Features on the Unreturned Calls Widget

The unreturned calls widget now includes time-based functionality, giving you a clearer picture of how long calls have been waiting for a callback. This helps teams prioritise follow-ups based on urgency, ensuring that older missed calls are addressed first.

Colour-coded time indicators – See at a glance which unreturned calls are approaching or exceeding your response time targets.

Customisable time thresholds – Set your own response windows to match your business standards.

Live countdown display – Watch the timer update in real time on your wallboard.

2. Click to Call / Click to Transfer

We’ve introduced Click to Call and Click to Transfer directly within the Flo:One wallboard. This means your team can now initiate calls and transfer active calls without leaving the dashboard.

One-click calling – Call any number directly from the wallboard interface.

Seamless transfers – Transfer calls to colleagues, departments, or external numbers with a single click.

Faster response times – Reduce the steps between identifying a missed call and returning it.

3. DID (Direct Inward Dialling) Numbers on Wallboard

You can now display DID numbers directly on your Flo:One wallboard. This gives your team immediate visibility of which direct lines are receiving calls, making it easier to manage inbound traffic across multiple numbers.

Multi-DID display – Monitor several direct numbers on a single wallboard.

Real-time call status – See which DID numbers are active, ringing, or idle.

Better call routing decisions – Use live DID data to balance call loads across your team.

4. Presence – See Who Is on a Call

The new Presence feature shows real-time call status for your team members directly on the wallboard. You can now see who is currently on a call, who is available, and who is away – all at a glance.

Live status indicators – Green for available, red for on a call, amber for away.

No guesswork – Know instantly whether a colleague is free before transferring or reaching out.

Team-wide visibility – Works across all users linked to your Flo:One account.

5. CRM Integration (Salesforce)

Flo:One now integrates with Salesforce, allowing call data to flow directly into your CRM. This means every call – whether answered, missed, or transferred – is automatically logged, giving you a complete view of customer interactions without manual data entry.

Automatic call logging – Every call is recorded in Salesforce with timestamps, durations, and outcomes.

Contact matching – Incoming calls are matched to existing Salesforce contacts for instant context.

Improved reporting – Combine call data with CRM insights for more accurate performance tracking.

6. CRM Integration (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Alongside Salesforce, Flo:One now also integrates with Microsoft Dynamics 365. This brings the same automated call logging and contact matching to businesses using Microsoft’s CRM platform.

Two-way data sync – Call records and contact details stay in sync between Flo:One and Dynamics 365.

Unified view – See call history alongside your customer records in one place.

Streamlined workflows – Reduce duplicate data entry and keep your CRM up to date.

7. Multiple Simultaneous Wallboards

You can now run multiple wallboards simultaneously from a single Flo:One account. This is ideal for businesses with multiple teams, departments, or office locations that each need their own dedicated view.

Department-specific dashboards – Give each team a wallboard tailored to their queues and metrics.

Multi-screen support – Display different wallboards on different screens across your office.

Centralised management – Configure and manage all wallboards from one admin panel.

8. Colour Coding for Individual Widgets

Widgets on your Flo:One wallboard can now be individually colour-coded. This visual enhancement helps your team distinguish between different metrics at a glance and adds a layer of personalisation to your dashboard.

Custom colour assignments – Choose specific colours for each widget to match your brand or team structure.

Visual grouping – Use colours to group related metrics together.

Faster scanning – Colour-coded data is easier to read, especially on large wallboard displays.
