Flotek launches Partner Portal E-Learning Leader board to gamify learning and boost digital skills

What’s new?

We’ve taken our extensive e-learning library and added a gamified experience that turns training into a challenge. Here’s what you’ll find:

• Points for progress
  Every training module you complete earns points — typically 1 point per video, but keep an eye out for bonus videos that score even higher.
• Badges for milestones
  Every 10 videos watched unlocks a new badge, all the way up to the Elite 200+ Badge for those who go the extra mile. Your badge will proudly display in the top bar of the Partner Portal, so everyone knows you’re leading the way.
• Over 850 learning videos
  From becoming an Excel beginner to mastering advanced formulas like a whiz kid, our library covers everything you need to sharpen your skills. Most videos are short, sharp, and under 3–5 minutes, making it easy to learn daily without disrupting your schedule.
• AI-powered learning with Microsoft Copilot
  We’ve included training to help you get started with AI tools like Copilot, so you can unlock productivity gains and stay ahead in the digital-first world.
• New Leader board
  See who’s topping the charts in your company! Filter results over the last 3, 6, or 12 months and inspire friendly competition that drives real progress.
