Flotek Group has appointed Fred Parker as Operations Director

Fred joins Flotek with a strong track record in operational transformation, large-scale team leadership and performance improvement across complex, fast-moving environments.

His career has seen him lead teams of more than 400 engineers, support operations across large regional networks, improve engagement and culture, reduce missed customer appointments, and transform major operational teams to deliver high performance and operational excellence.

Most recently, Fred held senior operational leadership roles at Openreach, where his work included leading performance improvement programmes, introducing new productivity measures, and supporting the implementation of automated allocation systems. His focus on people, process and data helped deliver measurable improvements in utilisation, travel efficiency, and service performance.

Fred also brings experience from Lifetime Training and Interserve, where he held senior operational, mobilisation and partnership roles. Across his career, he has combined hands-on operational delivery with a clear focus on structure, accountability, team development and continuous improvement.

His qualifications include a first-class degree in Business Management, Lean Six Sigma Green and Yellow Belt, PRINCE2 Practitioner, ITIL Foundation, Scrum Master certification, CMI Chartered Manager status, and the Oxford AI Programme.
