The library is filtered by topic, so finding something relevant to what you're working on doesn't require scrolling through everything. The watched/unseen status tracks progress across the team, which is useful if you're running onboarding or a structured learning programme.

Copilot basics: What it is, how it works in Outlook, Word and Teams, the difference between free and paid, and how to build a daily habit. Particularly relevant right now given how quickly Copilot is moving.

Security awareness: Core topics for anyone handling client data or working with sensitive systems. Useful for keeping compliance conversations straightforward.

Microsoft 365 productivity: Teams, SharePoint, Excel and Outlook shortcuts that save time every day. Good for new starters and as a refresher for the whole team.

How to share internally

Individual modules have shareable links within the portal. If you want to assign a specific video to a team member or include one in an onboarding checklist, the link takes them directly to the right place.
