Job Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to set appointments for the field sales team.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calling and outreach.
- Develop and maintain relationships with leads, ensuring they are well-informed and engaged.
- Maintain accurate records of all activities using the outbound sales CRM.
- Listen to and understand business owners, uncovering pain points, supplier information and expiry dates of IT and telecoms contracts to build pipeline and future opportunities.
