Business Development Executive

Our Business Development Executive team is a mission critical part of Flotek. With ambitious growth plans ahead, this role will play an integral part in helping us hit our targets. We're looking for a proactive, results driven Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities through outbound appointment setting, playing a key part in driving growth by setting high quality appointments for our field sales team.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm.

• Making outbound calls to potential clients to set appointments for the field sales team.
• Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through outbound calling.
• Building and maintaining relationships with leads, keeping them informed and engaged.
• Maintaining accurate records of all activity using the outbound sales CRM.
• Listening to and understanding business owners, uncovering pain points, supplier details and contract expiry dates to build pipeline and future opportunity.

• Proven experience in a business development or sales role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyse data and spot trends and pain points.
• Experience in the IT and communications sector is a plus.
• Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.

• Uncapped commission, with a realistic OTE of £47,000.
