Job Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and support VoIP phone systems.
- Manage and maintain PBX systems, SIP trunks, and related network components.
- Work with ISPs and SIP providers to resolve connectivity and call routing issues.
- Design, deploy, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure including switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Configure VLANs, DHCP, DNS, VPNs, and QoS policies to support voice and data networks.
- Conduct site surveys and assist in planning network topologies.
