As part of our growth plans, we're seeking an experienced client relations individual who has a real passion for delivering excellence and ensuring partner service is at the heart of everything we do.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm (flexible hours), based at our head office in Bridgend.

• Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with partners.
• Develop a trusted relationship with key accounts.
• Complete regular account reviews.
• Upsell and cross-sell products and services into existing partners.
• Deal with sales orders for existing partners.
• Complete regular analysis of our partners' product penetration and look at ways to increase the footfall across our base.
• Re-sign partner contracts.
• Increase profitability across the partner base.
• Ensure partner retention, meeting minimum renewal objectives.
• Keep current partners satisfied and deliver exceptional service on a day-to-day basis.
• Work with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new partners and develop existing relationships.
• Liaise between partners and internal teams.
• Deal with any inbound partner account queries.
• Help partners review their latest technology requirements.

• A positive attitude with a can-do approach to everything.
• IT and Comms knowledge preferable but not essential.
• Customer service experience.
• Sales experience.

• Basic salary of £25,000 - £27,500.
• Commission package available with expected OTE of £30,000.
• Staff Share Equity Scheme.
• 21 days holiday increasing to 25 with 3 years of service (plus bank holidays).
