Meet Saleem
Saleem has been with Flotek for almost three years, bringing with him over a decade of experience in IT and communications sales. As a father of three and a die-hard Arsenal fan, Saleem’s drive and determination are matched only by his passion for people.

A Day in the Life
As a New Business Development Manager, Saleem spends his days travelling the UK, meeting with new partners, and introducing them to Flotek’s IT and telecoms solutions. His success is built on genuine relationships, consistency, and an unwavering commitment to results.
When asked what advice he’d give to others in sales, Saleem doesn’t hesitate:
“Be authentic. Don’t try to be someone else, be true to yourself. Listen to your partners, we’ve got two ears and one mouth for a reason. Be attentive, work hard, and genuinely care about helping your customers succeed.”
