What's New In Flo:One | January Edition

We’re kicking off 2025 with a series of exciting updates to Flo:One, our advanced call management platform. Here’s a look at the latest features and improvements designed to give you more control, better insights, and a smoother experience.

1. Unreturned Calls Widget

Our new Unreturned Calls Widget is designed to help your team stay on top of missed opportunities. This widget provides a real-time view of all calls that have come in but haven’t been returned yet.

Live tracking – See unreturned calls as they happen, with timestamps and caller details.

Automatic clearing – Once a call is returned, it’s removed from the widget automatically.

Priority management – Identify which unreturned calls need immediate attention.

Team accountability – See who is responsible for following up on each missed call.

This feature is particularly valuable for businesses where every call could represent a new lead, a customer issue, or a time-sensitive opportunity.

2. Call Status Indicators

We’ve introduced clear Call Status Indicators across the Flo:One dashboard.

Ringing – The call is currently incoming.

Connected – The call is active.

On Hold – The call has been placed on hold.

Missed – The call was not answered.

Transferred – The call has been moved to another extension or team.

3. Individual User Statistics

Flo:One now provides individual user statistics, allowing managers and team leads to see detailed performance metrics for each team member.

Calls answered – Total inbound calls handled.

Calls missed – Inbound calls that went unanswered.

Outbound calls – Total calls made.

Average call duration – How long each team member spends on calls.

Response time – How quickly calls are being picked up.

4. Queue Statistics

For businesses using call queues, we’ve added comprehensive Queue Statistics to the wallboard.

Calls waiting – How many callers are currently in the queue.

Average wait time – How long callers are waiting before being answered.

Longest wait time – The longest a caller has been waiting.

Calls answered vs missed – A breakdown of queue performance.

Service level – Percentage of calls answered within your target time.

5. Customisable Wallboard with Drag-and-Drop

We’ve made the Flo:One wallboard fully customisable with drag-and-drop functionality.

Drag and drop – Move any widget to your preferred position on the wallboard.

Resize widgets – Make important metrics larger and less critical ones smaller.

Save layouts – Create and save different wallboard configurations for different teams or use cases.

Reset options – Quickly return to the default layout if needed.

6. Group Ring Statistics

For teams using group ring, we’ve added dedicated Group Ring Statistics.

Total calls to group – How many calls are hitting the group.

Answered by member – Which team member picked up each call.

Missed group calls – Calls that rang across the group but weren’t answered.

Average ring time – How long the group rings before a call is answered.

7. Partner Portal – AI Message Script Generator

Our Partner Portal now features an AI Message Script Generator.

AI-powered scripting – Enter a few keywords or a brief description, and the AI generates a polished script.

Multiple tones – Choose from professional, friendly, or casual styles.

Editable output – Review and refine the AI-generated script before using it.

Quick turnaround – Generate scripts in seconds rather than spending hours writing them manually.
