Ifzal’s journey into Flotek is nothing short of inspiring. Formerly a dentist, he made the bold decision to pivot his career and pursue his long-standing passion for technology. Since joining our team, Ifzal has brought the same care and precision from his healthcare background into the world of customer experience, delivering outstanding support, learning at pace, and embracing every opportunity to grow.

His nomination comes as part of the Fintech Awards Wales 2025, which celebrates excellence and innovation of people within technology across Wales. This year’s winners will be revealed at a glittering ceremony on 5 September at the iconic Tramshed in Cardiff.
