What Bubble actually does

Bubble sits between your FloCX Hosted Phone system and your CRM, and it works quietly in the background. When a call comes in, it reads the incoming number and matches it to your CRM, so before anyone even picks up, you already know who you're talking to.

Because it runs on hosted VoIP rather than old-fashioned phone lines, this works the same way whether the call lands on a desk phone, a laptop, or a mobile. That matters differently depending on what you do. An estate agent taking a call between viewings needs the client history in front of them instantly. A law firm needs a clear, logged record of every client conversation without a fee earner having to stop and type it up. A construction site manager fielding calls between sites needs the details captured properly the first time, because there often isn't a second chance to chase it up. A hotel or restaurant team at the hospitality front desk needs to see who's calling and why, without leaving a guest waiting.

A few things this makes possible day to day:

Pop-up notification shows the caller's full record the instant a call connects, whether it's inbound, outbound or transferred.

Search bar lets your team search CRM contacts directly, open a customer card or send a message without leaving the call screen.

Click the phone number and your phone or desktop app rings immediately, saving the time it takes to dial manually.

Call logging captures every call automatically under the right customer card. No one has to remember to do it.

Conversation notes get written in real time and are instantly visible to colleagues in the CRM, so the next person who picks up that account isn't starting cold.

Call history shows exactly when and which colleagues have already spoken to a caller, so nobody asks a customer to repeat themselves.

Where the Ai comes in

This is where FloCX Pro goes further than a standard integration. Once a call ends, the Ai generates a summary of the conversation and drops it straight into the CRM record, along with a link to the call recording.

It also builds a to-do section from the call itself. If a rep agrees to send a customer some information or follow up on something, that action gets added to the record automatically, so it's tracked rather than left to memory.

No install, and it follows you to mobile

FloCX Pro runs entirely in the cloud through your Webex app. There's nothing to install locally. Answer a call on your desktop or your mobile, and the CRM populates in exactly the same way. A call taken on a mobile app while you're out of the office still lands in the CRM with the full record, summary and recording link attached.
