Two new starters join Flotek as the BD team grows

The Purple Army keeps growing, with two more faces joining the Flotek BD team this week.

We're delighted to welcome Finlay Aston and Holly Ryan to Flotek as our two newest Business Development Executives. Between them, they bring a strong mix of new business experience, industry knowledge, and energy to a fast-growing team.

Here's a little bit about each of them.

Finlay Aston – Business Development Executive
Finlay joins us from the office supplies industry, where he was the youngest Executive at his previous company and brought in the most new business in his last role for 2025. He was also a finalist in the Cardiff Business Awards for Young Business Person of the Year.

“I wanted to step into an industry with real momentum behind it. Flotek's growth and the way the team works together stood out to me, and I'm here to get stuck in and start making an impact.”

Outside of work, Finlay is a massive family person, has played football since he was 5, and is a big fan of a good holiday.

Holly Ryan – Business Development Executive
Holly brings a BA in Business Management, a background in health & safety, and six years of sales experience across manufacturing and logistics environments.

“Flotek's pace of growth and the focus on doing things properly is what drew me in. I'm looking forward to building strong partner relationships and being part of the journey.”

Outside of work, Holly is a big reader (40 books a year, and already 16 in this year), an animal lover, and a dedicated aunt to her nephew and niece.

By the end of May, we'll have brought 40 new people into the business this year, a sign of the pace at which we're growing as we push towards our £100m revenue target.
